Hello I stayed for a few day before the 10 th but the incident happen that nite between 1030-11 pm. I was in room 912 bottom floor and the family above had constant noise going on from 2 pm .

I made a call to front desk I think about 630 for the noise of jumping . Then around 10 I could hear again the stopping slamming toilet seat and loud voices. I called down at 1030pm. ,ask front desk to make call about noise level.

Btw I was in town for a 3 day trial and had court at 8 am and up by 6 am! Which they did and I hear the stomping all the way to my front door and a man begins pounding on it. My son was asleep btw...I answered the door and he " ARE U GOING TO KEEP CALLING THE *** FRONT DESK EVERY TIME I PUT MY FOOT DOWN.?HE SMELLED VERY STRONG OF ALCOHOL. I then shut the door and locked it he continued to ramble vulgar profanity at my door.

I proceed to call the front desk and ask why would you say it was me and I am going to call the police if he returns back to my door I'm scared and I want no problems. They said they would handle it which they did they send somebody up there to talk to him and then on the next thing I heard they were packing up storming peeling out of the parking lot yelling some names out my window.I talked to the manager today which is name is Laurel and asked him what he planned to do about this stay with you guys in the past and I've giving you I mean every time my family comes in town they stay with you. I kindly asked the manager if you could possibly comp my stay that night because I slept no sleep for the fear that this crazy person was going to come back and the manager said "I'm sorry that you didn't get all of your sleep but I can't comp your room".

I did not ask him to call my whole stay just the night of the incident and I'm getting nowhere if this doesn't get resolved I want to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm gonna put up my yelp and I'm gonna make sure nobody stays at that hotel..and by the way that manager was a jerk. Yikes! I am so sorry that this happened to you.

As a manager at a hotel, I would have definitely comp'd your stay as that is absolutely unacceptable. :-/
